  2. How the K-TIG System works

How does the heat input of a single-pass keyhole TIG process compare to a conventional multi-pass TIG process?

The Keyhole TIG process operates far cooler than a conventional multi-pass TIG process.

A single-pass keyhole hole TIG process has up to five times less cumulative heat input compared to the conventional multi-pass TIG process using a compatible material type with a thickness of 10 mm | 0.393 ", reducing the risk of material distortion and wastage.
